Easy Ways to Help Out

We’re looking forward to an amazing 2023-2024 school year. We already have many events planned and would love to have more parents involved. It’s always good to see some fresh faces and get new ideas. Grab a friend and attend a meeting or reach out to volunteer. Whether it’s for an hour or if you want to coordinate an event, no amount of time is too small. The PTO is strictly volunteer based, so the more help we have, the better experience we can provide our children!

Baystate Textiles: Our school has a donation bin in the back parking lot. It is emptied weekly, and the PTO receives monthly rebate checks based on the weight of the donations. It is an easy way to recycle clothing, shoes, and linens. Clean out your closets and help our school at the same time!

Volunteer:  Complete the Volunteer Inquiry Form. The PTO is strictly volunteer run. The more volunteers, the better experiences our students have. We are looking forward to an amazing school year and the many events the PTO plans and supports. PTO is a GREAT way to get involved in our community, support our kids, and meet new people! Whether you have an afternoon, evening, or a little more time to volunteer; we value your efforts! Thank you.

CORI Form: Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) form  is required to be completed and submitted by all parents prior to acting as a field trip chaperone/volunteer.  The CORI is a record of all criminal court appearances in Massachusetts for a particular individual, including arrests, convictions, dismissals, and serious violations.  The CORI check is good for 3 years from the date it is run.  The CORI form can be completed at any school office, the Central Office, or downloaded below and hand delivered to any school office or to the Central Office. Identification such a drivers license, must be presented along with the form to office staff when the form is submitted.
